No value added tax (VAT) is charged on trophy fees, if trophy is exported.
Wounded and lost animals will be accounted as per law.
Two trophy animals per species may be hunted.
Game bird hunting on request.
Days of arrival and departure are accounted for as one hunting day, if not hunting on these days.

Length of stay
We will gladly assist you to find the right combination of hunting concessions, with your choice of animals you prefer to hunt, considering the length of your safari. Please contact us for a consultation in this regard.

What to bring along for the hunt
Your regular (bolt action) rifle in calibres .375 HH, 300 WM, minimum .30-06
2 rifles with maximum 60 rounds of ammunition may be imported.
Khaki safari clothes, strong cotton material in dark colours (green/brown) advisable,
Light-coloured khaki is not advisable. Pullover or fleece jacket and windbreaker, a pair of gloves,
May until August can be freezing at dawn & dusk with cold nights,
Light-weight hunting boots, ankle height and grip soles for quiet walking and stalking,
Wide-rimed hat, sunscreen, binoculars, camera, important short gaiters.

Booking, payment & insurance
To book your hunt with Ndandi Safaris we need your full name, adress, telephone number and email adress. Please list the animals you intend to hunt in order of priority. If your are accompanied by other hunters or observer, please list their names as well. Tell us how long you intend to stay in the country . What are your flight dates?
To confirm your booking we require a 750US$ deposit. Please fax us your deposit slip. We will send you a receipt to acknowledge payment. Rest payment is due at the end of your hunt. Payments accepted in US$/Euro cash or travellers cheques and bank drafts. No credit cards or personal cheques. All cancellations must be done in writing. A cancellation 90 days prior to the commencement of your hunt will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations of 90 days or more prior to your hunt, we will retain 20% of your initially daily rates booked for costs incurred, unless under reasonable circumstances a new hunting date can be fixed.

Ndandi Safaris CC is registered with the Namibia Tourism Board as trophy hunting - and tour operator, complying with prescribed accident and liability insurances. Please take out a personal travel insurance and general liability cover.
We are hunting in non- or very low risk malaria areas. Consult your medical practitioner on malaria prophylactics.
Please inform us prior to your safari of any health condition and special dietary requirements to be considered.
